Full-time Nanny needed in Boston, MA Area

Job Title: Nanny

Location: Boston, MA area

Family Details: A lovely family with an infant is in search of a loving, warm, and experienced long-term nanny to assist a work-from-home mom in taking care of their first child. The family also has a small dog that require minimal care.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM

• Occasional overnight

• Live-in during summer in Cape Cod (separate bed and bath)

• Occasional domestic travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow parents' instructions and standards of care for the child

• Manage feeding and nap schedules

• Prepare baby food from scratch (puree)

• Clean and sanitize the child's belongings and areas

• Set up playdates

• Plan age-appropriate, fun, educational, and engaging indoor and outdoor activities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience caring for children, from infancy to school age

• Verifiable and stellar recommendations

• Local to MA and familiar with the area

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Experienced and comfortable working with a work-from-home parent

• Flexible with schedule, able to sleep over and travel

Compensation:

• $30-35 per hour

• 2 weeks paid vacation

• 5 sick days

• Major holidays off with pay

• Discretionary year-end bonus

• Discretionary annual raise
